Insurance Claims in Delaware, Ohio
Most roofing companies will happily replace a roof insurance has already approved. Far fewer do the work of getting it approved.

How We Approach Insurance Claims in Delaware
For properties in Delaware, the claim is where homeowners lose the most money and the second cheque — recoverable depreciation — is the one people miss.
Every job here starts the same way: a proper inspection — roof and, where we can get in, attic — then a written report with photographs that is yours whether you hire us or not. You will have a number in hand inside three business days.
Why Delaware Changes the Job
Roof life in Delaware is shaped by one thing more than any other: the ground and the roof both go through repeated freeze-thaw passes and a seam that was sound in October is often not by March The effect is cumulative rather than sudden.
On storms: hail falls here in narrow bands rather than across the whole metro and the damage that costs the most is rarely the damage you can see from the driveway.

Response Times in Delaware
Delaware sits about 30 min from our Dublin office. Close enough that scheduling is straightforward. For booked work the crew is on site for the duration, so the drive makes no practical difference.
What You Get
We carry GAF Master Elite status. GAF caps how many contractors hold it in a given area, and it requires licensing, insurance and ongoing training. It unlocks the Golden Pledge warranty, which is the only one covering how the roof was installed. Since most roof failures are installation faults rather than defective shingles, that matters.
Within a week of a hail event, unfamiliar trucks appear on Delaware streets. The tells are always the same — no appointment, urgency, and a deductible offer. That deductible offer is not generosity. It is fraud, and you are named in it. And they carry no local presence, which matters in year four rather than week one.
- Damage documented to carrier standard with test squares and strike counts
- Adjuster met at the property and walked across the roof
- Line-item estimate produced in the software carriers use
- Supplements filed where the scope misses code-required work
- Claim carried through to the depreciation release

Delaware Questions
Yes. Claims work is the side of this we are best at. Documentation is done the way carriers expect it, not informally. Then we meet the adjuster at the house and walk the roof with them. To be clear: we are the contractor, not a public adjuster.
No cost and no obligation. The report is yours whether you hire us or not. If you do not need a roof, we will tell you so.
Price follows the roof, not the town. A complex 2,800 square foot roof can cost more than a simple 3,500 square foot one. The estimate follows the inspection, in writing, within three business days.
It depends on cause. Storm damage generally qualifies; wear and tear does not. Filing a claim that gets denied still goes on your record, so we assess first. The inspection that answers it is free.
We are usually booking a week or two out. Roofing is weather-dependent — we do not install in rain, and cold slows shingle sealing. Emergency work is not subject to that schedule.
