We'll go over the specifics on your recruiting call — comp structure varies by role and territory. What we can tell you up front: the pay is performance-based, uncapped, and paid weekly. No 30-day waits to see your money.
Most reps run 12–8pm Monday–Saturday — that's the productive window for door work. Sundays off. You set your own pace inside that window — but the reps who hit big numbers are the ones who don't cut out early.
Honest answer: it depends on you. Our average first-year rep clears $60–90K. Year two, the playbook locks in and most reps hit $150–200K. Top producers push past $250K. The numbers on this page are real. The work to get there is, too.
