Ohio Weather Is the Reason This Business Exists
Ohio sits where three weather systems argue with each other. Gulf moisture comes up from the south, cold air drops down from Canada, and the lake adds its own complication in the north. The result is a state that gets meaningful hail somewhere in it most years, straight-line wind events that behave like small tornadoes, and a winter that crosses freezing and back dozens of times.
That last one does the quiet damage. Every freeze-thaw cycle works water into a seam, expands it, and widens the gap slightly. It is why a shingle rated for thirty years somewhere mild gives you twenty here, and why ventilation and ice-and-water shield matter more in Ohio than the brochure suggests.
Two Offices, Not a Franchise Map
Dublin, at 700 Stonehenge Parkway, covers Columbus and central Ohio and is the base for the drive south and west to Dayton and Cincinnati.
Wadsworth, at 1197 High Street, covers Akron, Medina, Wayne County and the northeast.
Both are staffed. Both run their own crews. Neither is a phone number pointing somewhere else, which is worth checking on any roofing company advertising in your town.

Central and southwest: Franklin, Delaware, Union, Madison, Licking, Fairfield, Montgomery, Greene, Miami, Clark, Warren, Butler, Hamilton, Clermont.
Northeast: Medina, Summit, Wayne, Stark, Cuyahoga, Lorain.
Permit authority varies enormously across those — some jurisdictions issue at city level, some at township, some at county. We pull the permit either way, but it is one reason a contractor who works your specific area moves faster than one who does not.

Yes, and we carry workers’ compensation on our crews. Ask any contractor for their certificate of insurance before they set foot on your roof — if they are not carrying comp, an injury at your house becomes your homeowner’s policy’s problem.
It is a certification held by a small fraction of roofers nationally, and it lets us write the Golden Pledge warranty covering workmanship as well as materials. In a freeze-thaw climate, workmanship coverage is worth considerably more than a material warranty alone.
Comfortably about ninety minutes from either office, which covers most of the state’s population. For major storm events we go further.
