Ayden, they're local rep (Ohio), came out after our recent hail storm and provided a thorough, free inspection. He showed me pictures of the damaged roof/shingles, explained they're process, and provided a detailed initial quote. As he was professional, knowledgeable, and had an engaging personality; I decided to go with them for the repairs and replacement. He worked behind the scenes on my insurance claim, and made sure the process was smooth and hassle free for me. His construction team, led by Eddy, were very hard working, efficient, and skilled. Within a day, they had the old roofing off, repairs made to the sub-roof(OSB boards) where needed, and the new shingles on & completed. Ayden, then, followed up with me and completed the final insurance tasks such that I received final claim payment within two days. I couldn't be more pleased.
